Guest G. ( aka Tami, Sugar, Tami O.), BellaLuna is one of the best salon spas in town and is known for great customer service and very reputable work. I regret you have had an awful experience at BellaLuna, and it is unfortunate that this former employee did not rise to the level of expectation of the service that is normally provided to the clients of this establishment. However, your statement of not being refunded your money is false. You were refunded your money in full. You were offered to have a color correction by the owner, which is reputable cosmetolgoist/esthetician and lead stylist at this establishment and you declined. BellaLuna has tried to make this right for you, but unfortunately you have been unaccepting of their efforts. Everyone is entitled to voice their opinion based their own experiences and it has become evident you have gone out of your way to defame, bad mouth and discredit this establishment as a whole because of this one experience that you had with this one particular stylist. You are creating different profiles and bad mouthing, defaming, descrediting this business on every internet search engine review you can, which again, is your perogative and it is apparent you will continue to do, but in all fairness, an attempt to make this right for you has been made, and no, it was not a simple "sorry"...you were refunded, and offered a correction service. As a consumer myself, I have had bad and awful experiences in the past, some businesses have done their best to make things right and some businesses have made no effort at all. BellaLuna has made an effort, a big effort. I regret you do not see it that way.
