Connect Verizon Wireless

I called Verizon and they said I would get a $50 credit when I buy an iphone (new every two) -- wherever I bought the phone. I came to this store today during lunch and they said no, I wouldn't get the credit. I left, called Verizon, and they sold me the phone with the $50 credit. Also, in this store, they said the purchase would be final sale. ""Once you buy it, any problems you have you must take up with Apple."" Then when I bought it through Verizon, they said I have 14 days to try out the phone and return it if I want, no questions asked. So, if you want a shorter wait and are willing to pay more and get no 14-day return on your phone, then by all means, come here! more

Do NOT use this store. It's a ""Connect Wireless"" store with a very lousy policy on returns even if they are unopened. Bottom line...ABSOLUTLY no returns after 15 days. My husband made the mistake of buying a $200 cell phone replacement for me there a month ago and he also purchased the car charger...thinking my existing car charger wouldn't work with the new phone. Well surprise surprise it did so when we finally got round to returning the un-needed car charger ($15 value) a month later we were met with a No Way Jose stance even by the ""Manager"". If you're looking for a Verizon product use the ""real"" Verizon store at Oceangate. The wait time at Oceangate might be a little long sometimes but believe me the Customer Service is far far far superior and they don't have that ridiculous nonsensical 15-day policy! Cons: 15-Day No Return Policy more
