Conicelli Toyota Scion of Springfield

Just want to thank everyone at Conicelli for my new Camry. I absolutely love, love it!! Starting with Tiffany Shaner and Joe Unterkofler online, the wonderful service that I received continued with Sean Wilkinson on site at the showroom. He was very patient and his enthusiasm never wavered all day. He was professional and informative and I was impressed that someone so young could be so knowledgeable. He said that his Dad worked there for many years too and I thought that said a lot about the company that I was dealing with. My experience with Conicelli goes back to 2000 and hopefully will continue for many more years to come. Thanks guys!! more

We had an excellent experience at Conicelli's Toyota buying a Prius. Our salesperson, Joe U. was both knowledgeable and low key. He was extremely helpful and had a great personality. When we expected to be able to receive a $1000 college graduate discount and then discovered the Prius didn't offer this Joe went to his manager and arranged for our trade in to increase in value so as to lower our payment. He went above and beyond what is typical customer service. If we had to buy another car we would definitely go back to Conicelli's and ask for Joe U. to be our salesperson. I recommend this dealership for their integrity and honesty. more

I use Toyota dealerships for all of my service needs. I just moved back to the area and decided to try Conicelli in Springfield for a routine inspection to see if they would be a good long-term choice. Conicelli blew it, big time. It took almost six hours from car dropoff to pickup, and I was charged way more than dealerships used in the past (Del and Carousel). The service manager told me the other two I have used over the past six years must have waived part of the fee, but since I didn't buy my car at Conicelli I would have to pay full price. Worse, my request to change the worn rear wiper led to a charge of almost $24 because they claimed the blade was not factory issued, when it was the original (that wiper has never been changed since I bought the car new in 2003). On average, I spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on maintenance every year based on mileage and age of my car, but I will be taking my business anywhere else rather than be charged over $100 for an inspection and wiper replacement.
