With the rape last summer and the theft. I can no longer recommend this place. The units are old and need to be refurbished and remodeled in many cases getting broken items replaced is a chore. It is still a great safe place to raise your kids with all amenities that are a short jog away. However, the pools and the tennis courts are falling apart. The Pools are more or less not a place I would swim in. I might just have high standards. The number of pool closure's might hint to unsafe conditions in PH or Bacteria however. The Office folks are alright in my book even if a bit daft at times. However it is important to know they work for C&R Real Estate. So be warned. With water and rent hikes, many other better offerings in the area, it is hard for me to say that this place is competitive any more. This is a great place to get the introductory offers and seal them with a contract. However, the lease has condition's that they can add charges to your lease as they see fit. If you have appliances and furnishings that need to be replaced. It is best to do that BEFORE you move in. Otherwise it may be an ordeal to get them replaced. Water heaters and Fridge took almost a year. If you have pets. This is a good place for them. Kids will like it as well. With so many better offerings. It is hard for me to recommend this place. Many have ample parking but others not so. People are nice here for the most part and are more upscale then some other places. Be sure to have a pro come in and check things out BEFORE you move in. These apartments are old and need an remodel badly with cabinets and furnishings being very old in some units. I hope that I was fair in this review. And I URGE you to look at your contract VERY CAREFULLY! more

I've been with Conestoga for 2 years and they have new ownership that has been extreemly helpful with any of my questions. They have cleaned the parking as well as repainted, make sure that the fireplaces are clean and its quiet but also a great place for families or single people like myself. They pay for all of your utilities and the rent is the lowest ive found.. Also notable is the fact that I have not had a single increase in rent the whole time i've lived there. To be objective i'd have to say having more dumpsters would be nice, but ive never complained to them about it. i would and have recomended conestoga to my friends.. in fact ive had 3 friends move in!
