When I was going to GW my friends would always drag me to this place. The ice cream here is good but I’ve had better in the area. There really isn’t much room to move around when you get inside. This is sometimes a pain when the place is packed. I don’t mind going here but I would never go out of my way to patronize this shop. more

A Good Scoop 2/27/2006

This is where I get my favorite ice cream: moose tracks. It’s vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cups and dark chocolate chunks. Unfortunately, they don’t always have this signature flavor available. Its 2000 Penn location makes it popular with GW students, which is inconvenient during the prime ice cream season. The place is really small and narrow; so the line is often out the door and there’s no room to move around. more

AWESOME 8/15/2005

Located right in Foggy Bottom, this Ice Cream shop is tops in the area. With a nice variety of rotating flavors, and the fro-yo option, and the soft serve option, and the many toppings... sprinkles, cookie crisps, cherries, whipped cream.... I am getting hungry just writing this review. If you want better than the chains, and don't want to stray far from Foggy Bottom, this is the place to pick up a scoop... or two.. or three more
