The best car shopping experience ever. Came in and left with the car of my dreams. The staff were all very friendly and eager to please. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately I had to put at least 1 star, they don't even deserve that. They are wolves in sheeps clothing. Please there is too much negative to list. Please do your research an...

Seem like really honest people, sent me close up pictures of any blemishes they could find (I live 5 hours away). Salesmen were really polite, inventory was nice. Cars all seemed fairly clean but not to the point where it seemed like they were trying to cover anything up. I recommend them! more

Please do your research and buy from a reputable used car dealer and save yourself future headaches. Yes they have nice models at good prices ,but believe me you will pay in the end. more

Excellent Service! 12/1/2011

I bought my first car with Concourse in Sep 2011 and before i could make the 1st payment, i got hit and it was totaled. I went back to get another vehicle and they had me financed and driving away the same day. Easy negotiations and when my 2nd vehicle had equipment not working, they replaced it. I am very happy with Concourse Motors and will return when I'm ready to replace my wife's car. more

Experience 11/29/2011

The overall experience was a lot better than most dealerships we've been to. The whole staff was courteous and patient during our purchase. We were able to acquire a great deal on an excellent BMW. Although it took a day and a half longer than we thought, Concourse came through in the end to make the deal happen. We love our car and would recommend Concourse Motors to our friends and family. more

WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!! 11/15/2011

This is the type of place that will sell you a vehicle with problems. Promise to fix them after you buy the vehicle. They tell you that they will schedule a date to bring the vehicle in and then make every excuse not to fix it. I went in there to buy a vehicle and the price was listed online, but when I got there they gave me a different price. Their excuse was that is our cash price. However, their website does not state that. Then I was told that the reason the price is more was because of bank fees. They are a bunch of liars, and rip offs. I will never go back there!!! more

Great Experience! 10/12/2011

I bought a BMW from them this month and service was great they showed me a bunch of cars until I they found the perfect one for me! Gave me a great price and the car is just perfect! Looked at a lot of cars at other places and there was not one that measured up to this one. Highly recommend them! more
