Great for busy business professionals. Great spinning classes, I think it's a great value 9/24/2008

I recently moved here and this is the only high end club I could find that offered the variety of classes, pool, spa and variety of classes. For about $5/day it's a great deal. I go before work and it's easy. The only downside is that during certain times of the year it can get packed and parking is challenging sometimes. Otherwise, it's a great place. Poor customer service and accounting - beware! 3/24/2008

Besides showing its age, this club has questionable ethics and definitely poor service. I canceled in Feb by email and credit card (which I gave over the phone). Andre in Accounting took my # and I assumed all was good until I got a collector notice this week. When I called the club, Andre said the cc # was bad and he could not reach me on my cell. Of course, membership had no problems reaching me on my cell multiple times a week when they wanted me to join, and he did not bother sending me an email or writing a letter to my house. When I gave him the cc # again, he again wrote it down wrong. This guy is unbelievably useless. I have asked for a confirmation of my payment, and who knows if I will get that. The only good thing is Amex will take care of me when the club screws up. Pros: Location, parking, 2 pools Cons: Cost, service, attitude, old facilities more

Avoid like the plague 8/16/2006

I wouldn't recommend joining or even trying the gym out for their trial membership because they will continue to charge you for a full membership. I am currently pursuing legal action against Concourse Athletic Club. A trial membership is not a trial membership because they will not refund your initiation fees and they have continued to charge me a monthly membership. The monthly cost is $121/month, and the initiation fee is in the $300s. more

Best fitness facility in the area 6/22/2006

Most of the cardio equipment have personal televisions. Just bring your headphones. The common areas are very clean and the whole establishment has an air of luxury. The entire locker room is constantly being wiped down, towels replenished, etc. They provide everything you could imagine in the locker rooms. I never have a problem with parking. It does not get too crowded, and there is space between each cardio machine. You are not packed in like sardines. No other fitness facility compares. It is pricey but worth every penny. It was voted best locker room in Atlanta. Pros: luxurious, personal tv, clean Cons: pricey but worth it more
