Good people, cheap, good pace of play. 8/28/2009

the other review had good points about course care, but the people are very nice and are always kind and friendly! the course is a bargain though, current rates are $18 tax for 18 holes cart. that is a steal considering that all the city owned courses are $31 and up. this course has become my weekly regular, and the course has been taking on a bunch of improvements. fall seems to be thier peak in course shape. worth checking out if you are looking for a cheap, good time out. more

Badly maintianed greens. Unfriendly staff. 5/28/2009

Greens are poorly maintained and are completely devoid of a puttable surface. Tee boxes are like poured concrete-you will have to have a hammer to drive in your tee. Staff could not care less if you have a good time. Use to be an awesome course 10yrs ago. My suggest-don't bother. Goto Hickory Valley Golf Course for immaculate greens, awesome tee boxes and friendlier staff. Pros: Lost cost to play, Cons: There are better courses for same price. more
