They recommended by my neighbor, and it was a good recommendation. Tom is the first garage door service person I'd ever encountered whom I trusted was doing the right thing for me. He delivered great, timely service, and gave me a great deal with a great warranty. I'd recommend him to my friends. more

Concord Garage Door Great 8/2/2011

Job Well Done! I just had a garage door opener and new springs installed this morning. It was one of the best service company experiences I've had in my life. I spoke with dispatch this morning. The guys arrived at 10am and everything was up and running perfectly by 11:30am. I couldn't be happier with the service and can recommend you without any hesitation. more

These guys were awesome. Our garage door was springing back up after it had been "shut" and made a nasty screeching noise. I called the Concord Garage Doors and they had someone out to the house in 30 minutes, we exchanged niceties, and, he rewired some of the circuits in 15 minutes. It works like a charm now. more

Cable Snapped 7/20/2011

I always get up early for work and boy am I glad I did today cause right as I was about to leave for work a Cable Snapped and down went my garage door impairing me to leave to work so I called a garage door contractor and he sent out a team right away, the work didn't take long and I arrived to work on time thanks to them. more

Easy 7/17/2011

I had an old lady crash into my garage door and I was running late to pick up my dad from the airport. I quickly picked the closest company to me and boy am I glad that I did. They came out within 2 hours and had my door fixed no problem. My dad never knew it happened because they carried the exact make and model door as the one that got ruined. more

Concord Garage Door 7/12/2011

Tom came right out when my garage door wouldn't open or close until about the 5th time using it. He provided a very inexpensive tune-up and my garage worked again. I won't hesitated to call him the next time I have a problem or have to get the garage door opener replaced. I highly recommend him. more

Great service! We drove home..heard a horrible crack..were really worried that our car would be stuck in our garage and found Concord garage door on Judy's book. They were open on Saturday and we called at 2pm and they showed up at 2:45 and were finished in an hour. We're definitely keeping their number in our house repair list! Super friendly and very knowledgable! more

If you are looking for specialists in the garage door replacement and repair field, I suggest that you call this company. They really know what they are doing. Their technicians were very talented and highly skillful. They showed up on time and were very nice and informative about everything they did with my garage door. Great 6/14/2011

Garage door slipped its wire and wouldn't open or close. Decided to bite the bullet and get a professional to fix it and install an electric door opener. They arrived on time the next day, installed the opener and left with a new happy customer. No surprises, the charges were very reasonable and exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I am extremely satisfied with the work and would recommend this company to anyone who wants a job well done, on time, and no surprise charges. I wish all companies operated like these folks. more
