Worst

I dropped of car at 6AM only to find it was not completed at 5PM. I had to wait an extra hour? I think my next oil change is free don't you?

Attention to detail 9/8/2014

I've been coming to Concord Auto for many years, and they have always come through for me. I took the car in for corroded tire pressure sensors and decided to get new tires as well.....preparing for winter. Because they are very attentive, they saw that the brakes were very bad (even though I had not noticed any signs). Everything was replaced in a timely fashion and as usual the service and pricing were top notch. I wouldn't even think of taking our cars to anyone else. more

Good service - Car still broken 7/15/2014

My headlight still doesn't work so we're gonna have to make an appointment for me to drop off. Ed said it would have to go to Acura and depending on the outcome be reimbursed for the work done if it was an unrelated matter. I'm not free until Monday August 4th.
