Conchita's is the real deal when it come to Salvadorian food. They are best known for their Pupusas. All other items on their menu are as authentic as if you were right in El Salvador. I've tried pupusas all over LA and the Valley over the past 16 years and NO ONE beats theirs. You gotta try them at least once~! Pros: PUPUSAS more

The best ethnic Salvadorean food in Los Angeles! 12/28/2006

My family and friends have enjoyed this restuarant for over 20 years and we have honestly never found better Salvadorean food other than Conchitas. Ranging from delicious pupusas revueltas meaning a mixture of pork, cheese, and beans inside a salvadorean tortilla, to yuca with fritada, chicharon y pescaditas meaning yuca topped with pork and dried anchovies. This is good place for Pupusas, this are corn tortillas filled with choice of meet or cheese even beans if you preferred top with there home made sauce and cabbage - Curtido. I go there for Pupusa only thought hey have a variety of food from El Salvador. Feels like home away from home, good food want some warm food how mom use to make it try this place I don't think you will be sorry. Enjoy! more
