Stay away from this business! I called to ask about a problem reported by my cleaning help with a washing machine. I was given poor advice and ended up paying $80 for a service call that was not needed, where nothing was repaired. To make matters worse, three weeks later we received a very unfriendly letter from Mr. Appliance threatening to put a lien on our property for nonpayment. We had paid with a credit card (American Express) that the technician accepted but apparently should not have. They told us that they had tried to contact us, however, used an incorrect mailing address to try to reach us. Our conclusion: this is a very unfriendly company to deal with that does not care about customer satisfaction
