Smart Laptop Hinge Repair 4/14/2012

A hinge broke out of my laptop, & a plastic piece of the case broke loose too. I searched around & found out this place could sometimes fix broken hinges. Told to bring in my broken laptop, the man said he thought it could be fixed. Three hours later I got a call saying I could pick up my laptop after 8:00 the next morning. It turns out both hinges were broken, but they had been anchored back in. I just needed to wait for the glue on the plastic case to dry over night. The next morning I picked up my laptop on the way to class. I couldn?t even see where it had been broken. It looked brand new to me. This place even cleaned my screen & the stuff out from my keyboard. USE THIS PLACE, their price is good & they seem very honest. more

Holiday Computer Repair Miracle! 4/9/2012

Easter Sunday, I cracked my notebook?s screen. Since the screen had no display, I could not even put my files on a memory-stick. Feeling sick about the whole mess, I called around to see if anyone could help. Around 5:00pm Easter, I talked with owner Davis McCarn. He felt sure my computer was salvageable and all my files would be just fine. At 8:00am Monday morning I handed over my computer to Computer-Help. I left thinking that with luck my computer might be ready Wednesday. I was wrong; at 1:00 Monday afternoon, I picked it up while at lunch. The new computer screen was perfect, and my files/programs were safe. Even better, my computer was FASTER than when it was new! All this for under $175.00; now that?s a miracle! more

iPad & Data Genius 4/5/2012

My new iPad 2 was destroyed by a leaky roof, so I needed data recovery. I called this place because they give Police/Fire/Teacher DISCOUNTS, & they had positive reviews. (Good reviews for good reason!) My Apple iPad was toast, but they salvaged all my info. The owner was knowledgeable, retrieved my data, & transferred it to a replacement iPad so I would only be down a couple of days. He gave me shopping info & helped me find an iPad 3 -- I upgraded. This place saved my data & bailed me out of a jam. I definitely will not hesitate to use these guys again when I need computer repair. more

Great Data Recovery & Repair 4/3/2012

No long story to tell other than that something caused my laptop's hard drive to go crazy, & I couldn't get into Windows after Chkdsk. I called around & found Dave at Computer-help. He was friendly, courteous, informative, & QUICK! I dropped off my laptop while at lunch on Tuesday & picked up my repaired computer while at lunch on Wednesday. My machine now runs better than it did before, & I still have all of my personal files, music, photos, etc. This was all in all an excellent experience, & I will certainly go back to this guy with any future computer-related problems that come up in the future! more

Great service! I have used these guys several times now for various computer problems & every time they have been quick. This last time they diagnosed a quick fix over the phone! Even better, I mentioned my iPhone had gotten messed up, & thought I needed a new one. The owner said stop by with my charger and let him have a look at it first. WOW, I just left his place, with my phone working like new. Thank You Davis McCarn, your company saved me once again!!!! more
