Very poor service. 10/1/2009

I called CP when my computer crashed. They came out and said that my computer needed to be completely rebuilt. They took it away for about a week. When they brought it back nothing worked as it should. They came back four times but could not repair my computer. They finally agreed to refund about half of my money. I would not recommend them to anyone for service. Pros: None! Cons: Everything more

Better than everyone else 11/21/2005

I've taken my computer to CompUSA and BestBuy customer services before in the past to have it fixed. It takes forever for them to even get to your computer to just look at it. Computer Rescue is much faster. Their technicians get the job done much more efficiently and for a great price. more

I had my laptop taken to them when i was visiting Plano once They have excellent service and staff They were very equipped to fix the unusual kinds of problem i had The staff was very knowledgable Me being a CS student was well knowledgable He colf both talk to me and a very novice used with relative ease I would suggect this place to anyone who is in this area and having pc problem more

This is a very trustworthy place to take your computer to have it fixed. I have never been lied to or over-charged here. I wouldn't go anywhere else, to be honest. The people are qualified and very nice. I had my computer crash and I was flipping out because I go to school online, as well as work from home. These people understood my problems and worked really fast to help me out. I love it when a small place goes that extra mile to show that they can beat out the "big guy". I would highly recommend going here for all your computer needs. PROS: Trustworthy CONS: None more
