Awesome service 10/4/2011

I had a very pleasant experience at this local computer store. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to fixing my laptop. I thought it was for the trash until they worked miracles. The best part was they were so reasonably priced and convenient. No hassles I will definitely be a long time customer! more

Stay Away -- horrible,horrible 1/5/2011

I bought a card reader here because it's near my house & I needed to upload some photos -- what a mistake! Not only was it way overpriced (kind of expected in a local place) but it was defective crap, didn't work at all. Brought it back with receipt the next day, they would not take it back and would not give me my money back!! they have a no return, no refund policy and where is that written?....on the receipt!! haha you don't know all sales are final UNTIL you pay, then it too late. Will be sending complaints to Better Biz & Consumer Affairs. more
