I really appreciate Haven's assistance in getting this computer up and running for me in a crunch time frame. He was excellent and very helpful and made sure that all my questions were answered and that all the information was transferred onto my computer from the old computer. I really had a great experience with this computer transfer and would prefer to use Haven in the future in anything is required for my computer services. He did an awesome job and I am very pleased with the end result. My computer is up and running and everything was transferred as I requested and then some I didn't even think of. more

Emilio was very helpful...explaining how to either clean up or download some information....which I am typically not very good at. I am now capable of cleaning out my Recycle bin and downloading a tif document.....that's great!! more

I've used Computer NERDZ! forever, and they've always been knowledgeable and reliable. Carl did a great job getting right to the root of the problem, fixed it very quickly, and explained things well. Pros: cheap, quick , good service Cons: none! more

Impressive Technicians, Great Service 9/1/2009

I was very impressed with Mike. His knowledge and attitude was superb. He was very concerned with me understanding what he was doing. He explained everything and answered all my concerns and questions. I would like Mike to be my NERDZ! when I request one in the future. Great place for Computer Repair! 9/1/2009

John really was a pleasure to work with. He was enjoyable while communicating and didn't drive me nuts when trying to discuss something with him. He was very thorough and talked me through things and agreed with the approach we had been trying to take to trouble shoot. Very personable! Pros: best place in town for honest, great computer repair Cons: none! more
