Just to add to the chorus of praise for Scott Snell at Computer Medic. I had a sudden and terrifying attack of vertical green stripes on the screen of my HP laptop. I rushed it to Computer Medic without having been there before. Scott checked it out at once, said he thought he could fix it quickly, and did. He replaced the screen while I waited. Scott has repaired two computers for me, so far. I had heard about him through the grapevine, researched his company, then made the initial call. I am so happy I found him. He is so responsive, reasonably priced, and kind. He has gone above and beyond for me (even helping me set up my desk top computer at work) and I can not say enough good things about him. He also sells reliable, well priced used computers which I plan on buying so I can have a backup computer if needed. I really wanted to post a review on him to let everyone know how great he is. I have told business associates about him and have already found two friends who use him, as well. So I'm letting you guys on the internet know this is...hands down...the BEST computer service provider in Austin...in my humble and frugal opinion. more

I brought my non-functioning computer to Computer Medic this afternoon. It wouldn't turn on. The owner of Computer Medic stopped what he was doing, opened up my computer, deftly fixed it, and closed it back up. Total time for my errand was just a few minutes. When they say same day service they mean it. It's always nice to deal with the owner of a business as they seem to care more about doing a good job. This owner was not only fast and expert.
