I had a ton of pop-ups and my computer was slow. I tried one of those online services that promised to double my speed. It was a total waste of money. I managed to search CitySearch, found this company, called and made an appointment. The technician, RJ, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. In addition to repairing my computer AFTER the appointment ended he stayed and made several suggestions that helped me use my computer and network much more efficiently. Was pleased with how well and efficiently they handled my issue from start to finish. \r I was not sure if l even needed an appointment, the woman that answered the phones had a technician call me. He called me within 2 hours and yes l did need an appointment. \r Woman called me back and we set up a time that was good for the technician to come out\r He arrived on time and fixed the issue l had and made some great recommendations. She scheduled my appointment at a convenient time for me.\r \r The owner/technician arrived on time. He too was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
