I have brought several computers in for repair with Computer Expert and they have done a great job every time. I have always had a good experience, and the service technicians are very knowledgeable and explain things at a novice level. I love working with this Repair place. I have had numerous desktop computers, laptops and netbooks fixed by them. They are very fast, efficient and NOT AT ALL overpriced. In most cases, my computers were ready for pick-up wihtin 24-48 hrs and running 100 times better then before. Overall, these guys are very helpful and I would recommend using them to anyone. more

Complete fraud. Stole my laptop and hiding behind the phone! Once called and asked for yet more money to fix it and never called back, ever! When I travel to LA, I'll stop by his place and we'll have a very rough conversation. Watch out for this fraud! more

COMPLETE FRAUD as Alex said below. I can't believe they pulled the same thing on him. They had my $1700 Sony Vaio for six months, ignored most of my emails, all my phone calls and made up excuses every time. Originally it was only supposed to be $90 for a repair. But then they asked for $60 for some hardware part. After only 5 days of using it, it broke down in the same way. They said to ship it back, I paid for shipping and then they asked me AGAIN for $60 for another hardware that was needed. After I paid they shipped it back and it broke down AGAIN in less than 3 days. Then they said ship it back, they'll pay shipping. Long Story short, after 6 months, I finally received it and it was STILL BROKEN. So they just kept my laptop for six months, KEPT IGNORING MY PHONE CALLS and LIED. They say they have a boss named Robert but they don't have his number so you can't even get in touch with them. Jeez, these indian people have no conscience do they. more
