Computer Design Kitchen Center

I had an interesting kitchen to design with Computer Design Kitchen Center. Scott worked really well with me to get the pieces we needed to make this happen. I have already recommended his installer twice, and the cabinets are gorgeous! more

Computer Design Kitchen Center did a great job. I think they worked everything out well, and we would recommend them because of how beautiful our kitchen is now. Everything was measured correctly, and I just think that it looks great! We were able to contact the people who made our cabinets to begin with, and they used those measurement and matched the color of the original cabinets, and really, it all looks great! We had Computer Design Kitchen Center do cabinet and kitchen design for us 11 years ago. We were looking at just renovating and adding on to what they did back then. They were very accommodating with coming up with suggestions to match the same cabinets, add more cabinets, and update the kitchen. It's perfect! more

I got in touch with a contractor who gave us a price on everything. He told me I could go anywhere I want to get cabinets, but he deals with Computer Design Kitchen Center. We decided that if the contractor deals with them, we'll see what they have to offer. The contractor gave us the measurements, and then we gave them to Computer Design Kitchen Center. They gave us a graph on how the kitchen would look, and we went along with that. They ordered it for us, got the cabinets in a timely manner, and got the kitchen done. I felt Computer Design Kitchen Center was very professional. I'm not a very handy person around the house, but they answered every question I had. Whatever we asked, they had an answer for it. They were patient with what we decided on getting. If we changed our mind, they went along with it. They were good people to deal with. more

From start to finish the process with Computer Design Kitchen Center was good, simple, and professional. They put in a whole new kitchen, and it looks excellent. I couldn't be more satisfied. When you go to a design center there are certain expectations, and Computer Design Kitchen Center's process was good for me. They came out, looked at the old kitchen, and then designed a new one. Together we would look at the design, talk about it back and forth, and make changes. Some people think it happens like magic, but it is a process. They tell you what is involved in every step, and the customer does have responsibility as well. Ask questions if you don't understand, because they will explain it to you. They are more than happy to explain and show you what is involved. I had no idea that there would be so much involved in the process, but they do it in small increments, which really makes the difference. It is not overwhelming. With larger vendors it can be overwhelming, but Computer Design is small enough to make the service a lot more comfortable. The activities are spread out. It was a learning experience, but a good one. You see the model they generate and start to get excited, and then the work starts. The additional lighting, the paint, the flooring, the molding, everything is excellent. Even the daily cleanup was good. I am very, very satisfied. Computer Design Kitchen Center was very helpful, and they were very patient. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me things I didn't need, which was huge. They also had good recommendations. I purchased quite a lot of kitchen cabinets from them and had my own installers put them in. I told them my price range, and they showed me options accordingly. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They also worked with me so that the cabinets did not look low end, but without going into high end prices. The delivery went very smoothly. Out of the number of cabinets I ordered, only one of them was damaged, which was great. I have already recommended them because of their professionalism and the fact they didn't oversell. I always received personal attention and courteous service. Communication was excellent in person and by email. I brought home whatever I needed to make decisions. I decided to use Computer Design Kitchen Center based on a reference from another contractor. We have had them do a variety of projects for us, including an office, kitchen, and bathrooms. I have been using Computer Design Kitchens Center for about 22 years. They just have a really good system. The one-on-one communication is very good and the workability of their design system is also very good. The entire process from start to completion, including getting the right materials, is all excellent. I have never had a problem and I have bought probably 60 kitchen sets from them. We have done two kitchens with Computer Design Kitchens Center. The most recent kitchen was in our current home. The first kitchen was in our previous home. It was a great experience and was exactly what we were expecting. One of the most helpful things was that Scott was able to help us visualize other options we hadn't considered. He was a huge help in planning the kitchen to be a usable space. They have an installer that they recommended, and we used him for both kitchens. We were satisfied enough with the end result to go with them a second time without question. The kitchen looks great. We are really happy with it. We have already recommended them, my brother used them for his kitchen, and we will continue to do so. more
