Your service was asolutely horrible. it was really disappointing. you will never see me again. You lost my ipod. My ipod was there from dec 28th until jan 16th. Talk about bad customer service. We just asked you to change the ipod battery. You just want money. But instead you broke the stinking wire in the back. then you got another one and wanted me to pay for your subpar mistake?!? I already payed $45 for you 2 screw it up. I think asking for another $23 for a replacement for a part YOU broke is unreasonable. I tried to use my camera and found out you broke that too! You have slapdash service. Too bad your the only electronic repair facility in our community. Also, your phone etiquette needs vast improvement. I was left on hold for several minutes each time I called and, at one point was told not to call back to inquire about the status of the repair. I did not appreciate being yelled at by the guy I paid to break my ipod. You have a bunch of dummies who can't answer a phone. Incidently, it is a good thing I did not listen to his idiocy because I would still be waiting to pick up my ipod, since he never did call to say it was ready.
