We took my husband's laptop in for repair and never had anyone call us to give an update. I called weekly to find out what was going on and always got a runaround. They had it for almost a month and did nothing, but charged us a $45 ""diagnostic"" fee when I finally picked it up to take to another repair service. That fee is charged if they ""open up the computer"", no matter if they actually diagnosis it or not (the check out guy told me that point blank when I asked about the charge). They were not helpful in the least. I do not recommend them at all.
