This is an awesome store with very knowledgeable staff. They helped me with my problem and didn't charge for diagnostic. Additionally, the person that helped me was very passionate about his work, you could tell he worked hard to know what he was doing, and that goes a long way for me to trust a repair person. more

fantastic store 9/11/2009

I was looking for a cable for my printer and it was the only store that had one in town, staff was nice and was in and out in 2 minutes. will be going back for all my computer needs. more

Terrible service 8/29/2009

I've had 3 experiences with CompuXparts. The first time I went during their store hours, and found the place closed nonetheless. The second time I went in looking for a motherboard and instead had all my questions shoved aside while they tried to sell me a new computer instead. The third and final time I called asking if they had one cable. Again, all my questions were pushed aside/answered with lies (they tried to convince me that my computer just magically had nowhere to hook up a monitor). They then proceeded to try and sell me a new computer again. Or at least a new, expensive graphics card to "fix" my current computer. more

Excelent service 8/2/2009

Repaired my laptop power jack for only $100. I had made the mistake of taking it to techno rescue first. Techno rescue charged me $50 for the diagnostic (I had told them that it had a bad power jack) then wanted $250 for the repair. I took my laptop to Compuxparts and they did the repair right for less. more

Horrible store 4/28/2009

AWFUL store. The customer service I was provided when I went in to buy a machine was horrendous. I was treated like an idiot and my questions were never answered. In addition they tried to sell me an inferior machine. I ended up finding what I needed elsewhere for half the price. This store is not worth it. more

Great service and good prices! 12/10/2005

This littel shop that's tucked aways from academy is a great little place to find the parts you need for your next upgrade. they also do upgrade services for you for a fee. They can also fix computers. I went in there to look for a certain tool and they had what I need and I found other thing as well! The service was great! The selection may be small but what they had was quality but cheap junk! more
