I took my laptop to BestBuy because it completely stopped working and had a blue screen. The Geeksquad person told me the computer hardware failed and I needed a new computer. On the way home I stopped at Computechs and had the owner look at it. He told me it wasn't a hardware problem but was caused by software. I was a bit skeptical but he told me it wouldn't cost anything to take a look at it. The next day he called and said it was fixed. It didn't cost to much and I was really happy to get my laptop back.Thanks! I going to CompuTechs from now on!
