Compu Smart

Do Not Use Compu Smart!! Raul (owner/tech) is dishonest!! He was paid $140 to clean my 16 year old son's laptop and he did not honor his work. As a matter of fact, he erased every program (Microsoft Office, Windows XP, etc..) and still, the computer will not run. My wife goes into the shop and laughs at her and says ""You got what you paid for. I will not do anything else to this computer"". What a rip-off artist. I've never met such a dishonest person in my life. The work was done 1 week ago and I've tried to visit him at the location 3 times since then and he is never there. He always has a sign that says ""out for repairs"". He is actually in the back hiding from customers that were previously ripped-off like my 16 year old son. If he wanted a $140 donating, he could have at least washed my car. This place is a joke!!! more

Mi computadora necesitaba un nuevo mother board, la lleve a best buy , ademas de que el precio era exageradamente alto el tiempo de entrega era un poco mas de dos semanas, buscando otras opciones encontre a Compu Smart y decidi tratar con ellos, fui atendido por Raul el dueno, mi computadora estubo lista en tres dias y solamente pague el costo del mother board y la instalacion a un precio bien razonable. Mi computadora ahora esta trabajando mejor que nunca y estoy muy satisfecho de su servicio y amabilidad. Los recomiendo fuertemente. more
