In a word -- HORRIBLE! Follow up nonexistent; charged for W-2's when we weren't supposed to be and after six, almost seven, months still haven't been reimbursed. Have had 3 account reps in 6 months and after initial contact, they fall off the face of the earth. Would never use again and would absolutely NOT recommend! more
