Urgent care that is actually *urgent* 3/18/2011

This place is very nice and quick! I am new to Dallas, so I called around to a couple urgent care places - they had about 2 hour wait time! That's ridiculous - according to the fastertx, I can be seen in an ER in less than 30-40 minutes! I highly recommend Complete Med Care if you do not have a whole day to wait. more

Very nice medical office 12/8/2010

I have been treated by Dr. Pugach and his staff for the past 2 years - he provides urgent care and general medical care. He is a great doctor, has excellent bedside manners, and is always reliable with calling about lab results. more

The clinic is equipped with I-635 and US-75, and a five minute drive from Richardson. The clinic allows patients to schedule appointments ahead of time, same day, or walk-in without an appointment. The  clinic  provides  primary  care  and  urgent  care  in  Dallas / Richardson, TX  area.  The  facility  has  on-site  X-ray, lab, EKG, spirometry, and  audiometry.  Physicians  diagnose  and  treat  a  wide  range  of  conditions, including  hypertension  (high  blood  pressure), diabetes, asthma, hypothyroidism, high  cholesterol, and  many  others.  Treatment  of  sore  throats, sprains, strains, cuts, and  STD  is  also  performed.  Providers  are  authorized  to  perform  USCIS  immigration  physical  exams.
