I had the same experience as others. Purchased a coupon via LivingSocial for $89. Called, left messages, and e-mailed CHM several times with absolutely no response. Even threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the media. I finally called LivingSocial and they promptly gave me a refund, stating that they had received several similar complaints of non-responsiveness. I hope others who purchased this coupon get their money back. Otherwise, CHM is stealing - taking money in exchange for no services as promised.
