Lack of communication between the office and the glass crews resulted in me being out $250 (I had to buy my own glass because of the age of my car) and waiting almost two months for someone to be able to come to me. \r

When the guy got here he told me that - despite the fact that I'd told the folks over the phone that I had to buy the glass in a used liftgate - he didn't want to try to take the glass from the used liftgate I'd bought (again, for over a month they had known that's how I had to purchase the glass) and install it in my car. \r

He told me I should just swap the liftgate itself, which I would have had done more than a month ago if I'd known that Complete Glass wasn't going to replace my glass. He seemed to think that me and my housemates have the time and tools necessary to swap liftgates in my car. The liftgate I bought has faulty wiring - I bought it for its glass because Complete Glass assured me multiple times that they could swap it out. I'm just really mad because I don't have the time or energy to fight with swapping out my entire liftgate, as I am in the middle of moving out. If I did, I wouldn't have called Complete Glass in the first place. I am really, really disappointed.
