Complete Eye Care Center

This is the easiest and most agreeable way to get eyeglasses I can think of. I'd lost my mine the night before and needed a new pair right away...as well as an eye exam (it'd been 10 years). I walked in the door, was attended right away, got a complete eye check from Dr. Clark, chose my frames, and, boom!, an hour later, I had 2 pairs of great new glasses in exactly the kind of frames I wanted...for only $154 complete (exam included)!!! I was amazed. I don't know why some people are griping on Yellowbot (I suspect it's really Complete Eye Care's Center's competitors in disguise), but everyone in the Lawndale store was friendly and efficient, and the selection of frames was killer. The general manager - oops, I forgot her name! - made everything smooth and enjoyable. THIS is the way to get glasses, y'all, and I'm now a loyal customer. I'm not going anywhere else. more

1/16/2011: They made my glasses on-site while I waited. It was wonderful as I had broken my old glasses and needed a pair right away- ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON! Went back on 4/12/2011 to have an eye health exam by Dr. Jodi Clark, and she was first class. Thank you Dr. Clark! Also, I went in to the optical dept and spoke with Jackie. She was very nice and worked with me on a second pair of lenses (this time progressive). Michelle assisted. They both answered my many questions. Thank you Jackie and Michelle! Ps: Happy Birthday Jackie! My friend says thank you for the slice of cake and beverage. I wish you the best of business! Pps: Thank you also to the lab tech whom I saw outside. Sorry I didn't catch your name. more

Incredibly extensive variety of eyeframes, both in style and price. I was helped by Griselda and she was friendly, helpful and experienced. Adam did my glasses and I am thrilled with the transitional lenses I got. Their prices on bi-focals are the best I have found. Plus they have one-hour service. Lenscrafters look out! Pros: Amazing customer service Cons: I can't think of any more

For $130 i got my eyes checked for both glasses and contacts and got a yr supply of contacts... the eye doctor was so nice and i felt he did a real thorough job. With today's economy, im super glad i found this place. Now i tell everyone about them!! more

I would like to highly recommend Complete Eye Care Center because of their great prices and services! I had went to Lens Crafters to get a pair of those changeable glasses for my daughter and they quoted me $350 for her lenses alone! She has a very mild prescription and i don't feel that they are worth $350! So i went to Complete eye care center and i bought my daughter a pair of the changeable glasses AND a second clear pair for under $200 and they were ready in one hour!! That's amazing!!! On top of that, the young lady that helped me was very sweet about everything and very professional. If your on a budget and want good quality glasses, go to Complete Eye Care Center. I am on the computer most of the day and I wear the no-line bifocal with the intermediate for the computer. I told Dr. Jodi Clark my situation because I have came from 3 other optometrists and was not happy with any of the jobs. She gave me a prescription that worked with the way I sit at my desk, the way I read my papers at my desk and in bed, and how I watch T.V.! Not only is my prescription great, but the measurements the opticians made was right on. The lab technician, Erick, knows what he is doing! They made my glasses with the correct measurements, in a timely matter and in a reasonable price. I even still have the option of getting a pair of no-line bifocal sunglasses at half off! Their service matches their store name: COMPLETE Eye Care Center! I feel complete with my glasses and they were able to achieve that for me. Now I am bringing my whole family to Complete Eye Care Center to get their routine check-ups and glasses. Pros: Quality Work and Great Prices Cons: Parking (but worth the wait) more

I will NEVER go t this place I dont think anyone else should either. I guess its owned by two brothers. I went to this place a few years back to buy some cheap glasses. I just gave them my rx sunglasses and they put that perscription on my new frames. A year later I came back to get and eye exam by a doctor who has a office right next door. When I walked into the office it was old and outdated. The "supposed" doctor was an older gentleman and seemed nice. He gave me and eye exam in the OLDEST chair Ive EVER seen I thought I had stepped into a time capsle. The doctor goes on to tell me that I am legally blind in my right eye. then sends me BACK to CECC to fill my perscription. Come to find out I leave with NO perscription in my right eye. I start getting headaches so I take it back and they say they will fix it. I get really nervous and decide to go somewhere else for an eye exam. It was a little more expensive BUT I got a perscription for my right eye. I take it back (the new perscription to CECC and tell them to please put the new perscription on my glasses. They proceed to put my OLD perscription on my glasses and I didnt realize it until 6 months later when my eyes start acting up. I go to the second opion eye doctor to find out that these idiots at CECC didnt fill my perscription right they put my OLD perscription on my frames. Needeless to say when I went back Brother number 2 just starred at me saying that he will talk to brother number 1 and get back to me on tues. I explained to him that these were my ONLY glasses and says well I can try to get back to you on tues. I was fumming because I just wanted them to fix THIER mistake for the 3rd time and he insinuated he could at a cost! I was appauld I will NEVER go to this place EVER its a dive my suggestion is to go to the mall because when it comes to your eyes dont go to some mom and pop shop who dont know what the hell they are doing and have NO clue about customer service! more
