Complete Dental Care

a very bad experience. seeking legal advice. more

First of all, when I went to get the X-ray, one of the dental assistants was rooting through the garbage to find a piece that apparently fell off the machine. That was a big red flag. But I decided to ignore it. I had to get some fillings done and wisdom teeth pulled out. The wisdom teeth went fine, but it was about a month later and two teeth were I had fillings were in severe pain. He didn't do one of the fillings right so it had to be done over again and one of them got an infection and needs a root canal. Now I have to have the one that needs a root canal pulled out. When he realized he had done something wrong, I guess he didn't want to deal with me anymore so he had his dental assistants explain EVERYTHING to me. He hardly spoke to me at all. And now I have to pay to have his mistakes fixed out of pocket because I don't have insurance anymore. I would not go to this dentist again and I would reccomend the same to anyone else. more

I recently came in to Complete Dental Care in Asheville, N.C. and I just wanted to comment on how wonderful the staff in the Leicester office are.\r I don't remember any other time where I have been treated with such care and dignity by any dental staff previously. From the moment I made my initial appointment for an extreme pain cause by a bad tooth I felt completely taken care of. The whole staff was very kind. When a person is in that kind of pain, anything can set you off. However, everyone from front door to Dr. Young were just very, very kind.\r I truly appreciate this extended kindness. I too am in the service industry and place an extremely high value on caring for the people I come in contact with. \r Thank you everyone for such great care.\r C. Ransom more
