Complete Comfort & Maintenance

I had a rental property that just sold. Based on an inspection, I had Complete Comfort and Maintenance look at the furnace and do some simple repairs. I also had them come out a week later to my primary house to put in a new furnace, tankless water system, and new duct work. Their response time on the quote was great and they were very professional. more

They had a generic transformer in their truck that they tried to use, but it didn't work. They had to order the specific part for my unit. It took a couple days for it to arrive, but once it did, they came right back and installed it. more

The service we received from Complete Comfort and Maintenance was great; it really was. We were unsure if our heater was actually working or not, so we had them come out on a maintenance call and diagnose it. They responded to our call very quickly. It was very professional. The technicians explained exactly what they were going to do before they did it. It was two guys out there. They both were very sharp and showed me what they did. It was great. What I really appreciated was that some companies would have told us we needed this or that. They just told us we needed regular maintenance done and to clean the unit out. They were really honest. We are getting ready to sell our home, so I called Complete Comfort and Maintenance out here to check the furnace before the appraisal. I think our guy's name was Travis. He was great! He climbed up into our attic several times on a very hot day. He said he thought the filters needed to be changed, and that he had all of the necessary equipment in his car. He was able to go ahead and get it done right then and there. I paid just $14 more to have him go ahead and fix the AC, too, because I trusted his work and ability so much. more

I called Complete Comfort and Maintenance at around noon, and they were able to send someone over to my home by 4pm that same day. They recommended two different options for me regarding the refrigerant agent. I made my selection. They ordered the necessary parts and came back on another occasion to do the repair. Complete Comfort and Maintenance came over to fix my furnace and put a new thermostat in. It went well. This was the first time I've ever used them. I think my technician's name was Mike. He was very direct and told me everything he was doing. He was very upfront. The overall service I called them for was fine, and then they found out something else was broken. The only thing I didn't like as much was that they quoted me a price for that and then they had to call me back saying the quote was off. I'm not saying that's their fault. The technician apologized, which I appreciate. I'd call them back if I needed their services again and if anybody asked, I would recommend them. more

We needed our air conditioner moved because we were in the process of landscaping in our backyard. Complete Comfort came out and quoted us within a day. There was one problem with the city inspection that they didn't like but CC came out and fixed it. Everything went great and we will use them for maintenance. more

This company is awesome! My 27 year old central heating system finally died. I called CCM to come take a look. Mike came out the same day since my heat was out. He was courteous, clean cut and very professional. He wore paper booties over his shoes to protect my floors. He tested the system thoroughly and explained to me what needed to be repaired. I wanted to know the cost of repair vs replacement. Mike was very thorough in explaining that I could definitely repair the system and showed me exactly what needed to be done with an estimate. However, because the system was so old I did not want to do a somewhat expensive repair when I knew the system did not have much life left in it. Mike gave me a couple of different options for repair vs replacement. He did not hard sell me and left the decision up to me. Also, the replacement quote Mike gave was almost 35 less than the last company I spoke with, and it was for a Carrier brand. I chose to replace rather than repair as I was having continual problems with my old system. The replacement crew showed up on time. There were 3 of them. They were all extremely polite, very clean cut, and explained everything they did. They put down covering on my floors to ensure they did not get scratched. They were patient and answered all of my questions. They gave me a demo and instructions for the new system when they were finished and showed me how to change the filter. They left my home spotless without a speck of dust of dirt to be found. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and courteous! more
