My experience with Complete was so negative that I wrote a letter describing my problems. Jon was shocked, according to his call, and offered to resolve my problems. I had allowed Complete to work on two vehicles. The first vehicle had the problem resolved, but not permanently. I needed to take it (to another shop) a short time later to have a part replaced. On the second vehicle Jon admitted an incorrect diagnosis - blamed on employees. After having paid for $800 for incorrect diagnosis, I expected the repair to be discounted. No discount, then no real fix! I still have an oil leak. I'm glad others have had a good experience...but that was not mine.
