He sounds like a bad boyfriend. He virtually begged for the job installing my new furnace. The first time I needed service, he couldn't come out for two days, I called him an hour after he was supposed to be here--he was on the way. No one showed up, calls (to his cellphone) went into voicemail. Now I have no air conditioning, we think because he didn't hook it up right when he put in the new furnace; and he is unreachable.
Pros: Smooth talker until he gets the job
Cons: Not there when you need him
