After my glass doors were installed last year, there was an issue with glass door operation. This is a problem since installation. I've called the company multiple times and left msgs. with no calling back till 4 weeks after, and got a msg. telling me there would be S180 trip charge for just coming out... This is the way after the company has made a significant profit from customer and how they would do their after installation service...I've never had a company treating their customer like this. A good lesson for me to learn. Hopefully other people will learn from my experience.
