First I have worked with the owner before and he has made every effort to satisfy the customer. He shown that he takes pride in his work to do a good job and make it right(without passing the cost onto the customer) That said I recently entered into a verbal contract with his son Brandon and just the opposite happened he refused to correct a poor install for a product that he claims is deficient. Usually a good mechanic if you know a product is going difficult to install you take measures (lock tight) to anticipate and correct the problematic issue otherwise don?t take the job or negotiate for a better price. He installed the product and then is caused other issues and refused to correct the work. This is an integrity issue if you make a mistake own up to it and make it write no matter what. I would recommend that if you have body work to do and you wish to use them work with Tom and not Brandon if you have a mechanical problem stay away. I like to elaborate on a discussion I had with Brandon to prove my point; I had provided him a part because of problems with the install. He told me that he had used it by doubling it up on the left side where he was having trouble, I fixed the install myself and upon inspection found out that he had lied to my face and did not use the part as described and did not return the un-used part to me. I had also brought him my daughter?s vehicle and asked him to troubleshoot the AC he returned the car (without charge) and said the AC was fine (another lie) it was not and I had a Midas tech. troubleshoot and repair the AC.
Pros: Tom is honorable
Cons: Repairs take too long will not guarantee work
