I just wanted to say thanks... Thanks for lying to me about when I would have the part I ordered from you (order#1892013). I ordered this on Monday morning the 11th over the phone with one of your salesman with the understanding part would arrive on Thursday the 14th. I called customer service yesterday the 13th to get a tracking number on my part, guy on the phone said no tracking number was available but part was shipping today and would be in on Friday the 15th. O.k. not what you told me before but still in before I leave town. I call today to get a tracking number from customer service and again get the run around, first I'm told it has shipped and it will be three business days which will not work and was not what I agreed on at point of sale. Then when I asked to cancel the order, i was told it was ?being loaded on the truck". Needless to say I am very disappointed in your customer service and will be returning the part as soon as I'm back in town, furthermore I will dispute you Credit Card Charge with my CC company until a full credit is issued against my card being that you failed to deliver the ordered item in the agreed upon time.
