The veterinarian, Dr. John Endres, has always shown a high level of expertise, guidance and caring for our dogs. This same level of care is also clearly reflected in the other members of the staff of the Hospital. I can't imagine having to trust anyone else but John Endres and his staff with my kids which is why I drive from Mattydale to Manlius for their medical care. The office is always immaculate and very modern and my dog and cat feel welcome and at home there. The entire team has been so kind to my animals and to me and I feel secure in knowing they get the best care possible. All medical issues are always explained to me so that I understand all aspects of the care and treatment provided and I'm confident that I always get an honest and accurate assessment of my animals needs. I hope John never retires! more

John has been taking care of my dogs now for over 20 years.He has always been open and honest in regards to my dogs` health.His practice is spotless and modern,his staff knowledgeable and compassionate! more

Dr. Endres has been taking care of our pet's health for many years. Compassionate Care lives up to it's name and that's exactly what we receive. We put our trust in Dr. Endres and his staff. The hospital is very clean and inviting and the surroundings are very serene and quiet. I think that helps the pets feel somewhat less stressed. The windows are low in the exam rooms and I know that one of our dogs likes to look out the windows at the ""attractions"" happening outside. Everything about Compassionate Care is geared toward the well-being of the pets that are lucky enough to be taken care of there. more
