I really didn?t know what to expect when we decided to move. With the economy being so bad my family had to down size our two story home to an apartment. We were really stressed from the situation and needed a strong supportive moving company that could lead the way. Compass Van lines not only organized our move but they gave us valuable tips to get us through the process. Compass Van Lines informed us about moving policies, moving insurance, packing assistance, and smooth tips for the move like having a garage sale and gave us suggestions to a number of charities to donate the stuff left over from the garage sale. The crew worked really hard and the packers arrived in a timely manner. Paperwork was explained completely and everyone was very courteous. Compass Van Lines is very helpful and courteous. Compass Van Lines explained all of the terms to my satisfaction. Just to be careful regarding pick up dates you should contact the customer service before hand at least 24 hours. Give ample time for the customer to get ready. This comment is especially for budget too. The packed and loading service is very efficient. I would give Compass Van Lines five out of five stars for their services. more

They were very understanding as well as being very up front with whole process of making out of state in regards to first time movers. He explained everything extremely well.
