Worst place in town 8/12/2011

The people at Compass Pointe are not only mean, vindictive, and hateful, but they are also the worst people around and the last people you would want to rent from. The location may be good, but if you ever have to deal with the ""ladies"" at the front then you will regret your choice in a heartbeat. The people who run this establishment lie, and will try to take every dollar they can. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!! more

Best apartments to live in, in Valparaiso. 11/19/2010

Awesome place to live. My wife and I enjoy that we have everything we need so close - from the washer and dryer in the apartment to the quick drive to grab a bite or the train to Chicago. Love that the internet is included, TV is nice too but i don't watch a ton (Hulu + Netflix has me covered). I recommend to anyone that is looking for a clean, safe place to live that is close to everything. more

Worst apartments in Valpo 1/22/2009

I would not reccomend these apartments at all. They are incredibly expensive and not worth the money. The lady who handles our file is completely incompetent and rude. Our washer, icemaker, and dishwasher are all broken and they will not fix them. They also are forcing us to pay an extra months rent because they messed up our lease. They lost the check for our deposit and insisted that we didn't pay them until a few days later when they found it stuffed in our file. There is no parking, we have to park way down the block and walk to the building and the walls inside are so thin that I can hear the next door neighbors talking. Pros: The location is close to everything. Cons: The living condition and staff are horrible. more
