This is one of the most honest companies that I have ever had the experience of dealing with on a personal basis. I was referred to this company by a coworker who spoke very highly of the owner. After meeting him I know why. One example is when I would hear a horrible noise after I would hit the brakes. I was thinking rotors or something stuck. Johnny took the car for a spin around the block and checked underneath and said everything looks okay and he thinks it the tires but not the brakes. And said if I wanted I could pay them to take it apart and check them out but if not I was good. After taking his advice I purchased new tires and have not had an issue since. I could write more but I will always take my HONDA or ACURA because I plan on staying with the only two cars they work on. more

I'm the typical person that doesn't know that much about cars. I brought my Honda in for a check up with numerous lights & weird sounds happening. After looking @ the car, one mechanic told me that my car was still under an EXTENDED Honda warranty & that I could get all of the work done for FREE @ the Honda dealership. Most places would have just pocketed the money. I had the work done, & sure enough EVERYTHING was covered! I had no idea about the warranty deal. Just for the honestly, I went back about 6 months later for things I knew would not be covered & they worked me in that day...even brought me back to my house since my "dependable" friend decided to sleep in & I had no ride. VERY friendly staff, they explain in detail everything that needs to be done & the things that can wait to fit your budget. I've always been weary about mechanics due to my past bad experiences, but I can say that EVERY issue I have with my Honda will be brought to Compact Car Service. more
