Community Veterinary Clinics

I had the pleasure of meeting the staff @ community on Aug. 8th 2012 when I brought my 11 month old standard poodle, Beaumont there for his neutering. I had been taking him elsewhere, but did not feel comfortable having this procedure done there as i did not like their procedure. I had called Community first, and was impressed by the fact that I was given a few options as to what I wanted for my dog. They even offered a lazer procedure that I could choose. This way I had some control over what was going to happen to him, not the way I had to do it. The incision was almost unnoticable,Beaumont was not lethargic, and antibiotics were given ONLY if after a few days, there were signs of infection. Everyone was so pleasant, and professional. The options that I had to choose from, also reflected on the price of the procodeure, which was very ecomical for me. Community is now going to be my veteranarian for Beaumont...and they cut his nails as a courtesy for me....feel very confident taking my dog there! Thankyou all for the great service and care of Beaumont!!!! more

yay for the receptionists/assistants at CVC- they were so very nice and understanding. i think i talked with all of them and none got annoyed that i kept rescheduling appointment (it was a tough one). at the office, the woman i talked with at the desk was genuinely kind and caring. the vet i saw was also nice i can't recall his name, but he seemed kind of uncomfortable with me, maybe i weirded him out i was crying a lot. :( wish i had seen Dr. Thomas, saw him several years ago at the other clinic and liked him, but its okay. i think the prices here are fair and i would recommend CVC to other south siders. more

I totally love this clinic!! Our dogs were given to us by a friend over 10 yrs ago, and she used the clinic. Never really had to take the dogs in for anything other than reg check ups and nail trimming until this Jully 2011. Our 10 yr old chiuhuahua went into CHF on a sunday. Upon his release we took him for his check up with Dr.Crowly, he checked him over and took his time answering all of our questions during this difficult time. His two week check up we seen Dr. Thomas we can""t say enough about these wonderful doctors and the staff there. The girls at the desk and the techs are so concerned and caring:) Thank you all soooo much we love the care we receive and will continue to receive!!! more

Love, love love Dr. Thomas. He has been our family vet for over 20 some years when he started at Greenfield Veterinary Clinic. We followed him to his Clinic now and just adore him. He has seen myself and family memebers at our worst and has wrote lovely handwritten letters upon our dogs passing away. You can not find this kind of bed side manner anymore. more

Dr. Thomas has been my vet for many years. I usually see him at his all cat clinic, Cat Care Plus, but in a pinch I have been able to see him at this location as well. Dr. Thomas has a wide range of knowledge, many years of experience, and a gentle touch. I trust him 100% with my babies, and I recommend him to anyone. In fact, Dr. Thomas has become one of the vets for Specialty Purebred Cat Rescue, and has been able to help solve some of the strange health problems we deal with on a regular baisis! I cannot say enough about how fabulous he is! Pros: Two locations, special service, simply the best ever! Cons: Not a 24 hour vet, but who is these days? more
