  • Community Howard Specialty Hospital is a 30-bed comprehensive rehabilitation facility offering specialized inpatient and outpatient programs including an extensive and comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation program. We also have an outpatient clinic, Replay, that provides orthopaedic, work comp and sports medicine programs and therapy services. Program Goals



    • Identify the patient's functional deficits.

    • Validate rehabilitation objectives & goals based on the patient's goals and evaluate findings.

    • Develop a comprehensive rehabilitation plan.

    • Provide continuous evaluation, adjusting the program accordingly.
