This is a very well known bank in the Richardson area. My parents were members too. I have been pleased with the quality of service at this financial institution. Always greeted by a friendly face, I don't dread coming in. My kids have fun in the play area while Mommy does her business. It is clean, has extended and weekend hours, and even safe deposit boxes available for rent. The drive thru tellers always seem prompt and I do not have to wait in line that long.
