We got the truck back, and the day we got it back, the engine light came back on. This happened last time also.. Not happy.

Great Service as Usual 7/9/2015

I have four vehicles and I have them all serviced at Community Care Care. They always provide me with the best service possible. I recently had my truck towed twenty miles so that I could have them do the repair work. I noticed after getting the bill that they do not mark up the cost of the tow. CCC charged me the same amount that the towing company would charge if I had paid them directly. Working with a fair and honest service group goes a long way in my opinion. more

Great customer service, upfront price quotes and recommended repairs, fair prices, dependable repairs 6/20/2015

Community Car Care has a great culture not found at the Dealers or other auto repair shops. They get to know you and all of your vehicles needs. Recommend repairs, give detail estimate, and length of time repairs are guaranteed when covered. Even if you know nothing about how mechanical things work on your vehicle, Community Car Care does, and they will service your car right the first time, without changing unnecessary parts as a process of elimination driving up cost. They can give you options on repairs, and work with you on major issues to find the right course of action. You may no longer like or have time to work on that car or truck. You want someone who cares about the quality of repairs made, who values your business, at the right price. Community Car Care is my top choice, more

Tire rotation 4/25/2015

We have gone to Community Car since we heard about it and are very pleased with its service and the friendliness and honesty of staff. In this case, we were charged for a tire rotation on our Toyota truck, but was then told we had dry rot and needed new tires. I am not sure why the rotation occurred and we were not told first about the dry rot. We basically wasted money since the tires needed to be replaced. more
