I always recommend Commonwealth Cooling & Heating. They take good care of the heating and cooling for both my primary residence and my rental residence. Here's an example of what they have done for me: one night, the water heater went out at my rental property and the owner of Commonwealth Cooling & Heating went out there and was going to have to turn off the water heater until he could fix it. The tenant was concerned about it, so even though it was late he went out, got the part, and got it fixed so that the tenant would not have to go without hot water overnight. I started using Commonwealth Cooling & Heating when the people that I used to use at the rental property told my tenants that their air conditioning unit was no good and needed to be replaced. I told the tenants that we should try Commonwealth, and when they went over there they found a tiny leak, fixed the whole thing for me, and we haven't had a problem all summer (knock on wood)! They fixed it all for me, and I didn't have to get a new air conditioner. I dropped the people I had been using for 15 years and switched to using Commonwealth Cooling & Heating after that. Commonwealth Cooling & Heating has done a lot of stuff for me over the years. They are always on time for their appointments, and I feel like they're so very honest. I value their opinion when they tell me something, and I put a lot of trust in what they tell me. They are also very thorough people, and when they leave it was like they were never there. I've known Brian for many, many years. I don't know exactly what the year was when I first met him, but he was working for another company and got sent out to work on my furnace. I was so impressed with the work he did for me, I continued to use him and followed him when he started Commonwealth Cooling & Heating. I have been using them for maybe twenty years now. Brian is very pleasant, personable, honest and comes when Mandy tells him too. The company is professional and great to work with. We found out about Commonwealth Cooling & Heating LLC through recommendations around the neighborhood. We've had them for routine service and they've been great and on time. Everything has worked out as they said they would, so they're knowledgeable. When we had minor problems with our system, they took care of them quickly. We have a yearly service plan with them and we had a problem with our humidifier once, which they took care of right away. Our recommendations with our friends weighed heavily on our decision.
