Caring healing 7/7/2010

My back has been hurting off and on for years. After a few visits with Dr. Mantell I started feeling a lot better. Now a few months into care and I can play golf again and do water sports. In addition to the Chiropractic care I have enjoyed great massages, floatation tank experience, and the steamroom and sauna Great Place I recommend it highly Pros: Caring atmosphere Great Staff Cons: stairs more

Spinal Tap: The Recovery Album 6/9/2010

Dr. Mantell is a wise human being who understands what it is to be human, and one of the few doctors I've been handled by who is deserving the prestigious Dr. title. The spine is real, you're held together by yours for the rest of this life, and the benevolent science of its care makes fascinating electric sense. Every morning that I come in, I am given just enough care to teach myself a lesson of complex subtleties. My stress and capacity to help myself (I work in the field of helping others, which until recently I didn't think I could be as totally amazing at doing unless I operated under a premise of selfLESSness) continues to grow, as will my gratitude for this wonderful establishment, I am certain. Dr. Mantel will only empower you and help you in real ways, if you are willing to heal, help, empower, be kind, love, and understand yourself and the human body. I can't think of a more righteous way of being and thinking to infuse into the act and experience of life!! Five stars, ten stars, as many stars as you can see, that's what I rate my pleasure and benefit of coming across Dr. Mantell and Common Ground Chiropractic. Pros: Ingenious science and technique, awesome staff, good info. Cons: You have a traumatized body, and that's why you came here. more

recovery and relaxation 5/24/2010

I've been seeing the chiropractor combined with a massage therapist to treat injuries from an automobile accident. The experience has had a profound effect on my health. The treatments helped me increase my range of motion and helped ease my tension related headaches. Also, it was easy to use my insurance!!! Pros: combined treatments and accepts insurance more

The "Better" Way to Heal 12/7/2009

I could feel that my overall health wasn't optimum and I knew that it could be improved through chiropractic care. I have been under regular chiropractic care for 20 yrs but a lot of it was masking symptoms. I knew energy work would get to the root! At first, I noticed that I was very emotional during and after the visits- like my body was releasing a lot of emotional tension. I noticed a lot of intense movement in my right hip and low back area- almost like a "good pain". Immediately that month, I noticed my menstrual cycle wasn't as painful. Then, overtime, I have noticed that they are no longer in 24 day range, but more in the 27 day range- and regular flow, verses light. I have noticed more clarity and focus and a sense of well being, better posture, and a longer lasting adjustment then regular/traditional chiropractic care. My whole body feels better than ever before. I am finally experiencing the "better" way to feel that so many others have described- It has only come through the NSA entrainment- it has the key for me. Pros: Quality Care more
