Commercial Movers - Office Movers

I used Commercial Movers - Office Movers three times this year and had a great experience every time. First, in April I had them take out about half of my furniture and put it in storage (for work to be done on the house). Then, in December, I had them do some final packing and move ALL of the house into storage for the month of June. In July they then moved everything in to the new digs. The guys were punctual, helpful, polite and worked really, really FAST. Everything was noted and packed beautifully. Also, some of the boxes that I had poorly packed and poorly taped up, they took apart and re-did them so they would travel safely. I would use them again and highly recommend them! more

We were using this Manhattan moving company for a local move from New York City Upper West Side to Lower Manhattan and had a very good experience with them. The customer service staff always contacted me back whenever I call or email. The movers themselves were very professional and over all this company made us very happy with everything during the pick up and delivery, the rates were the cheapest per lb and the service was really stress-free. We used New York Movers because of the previous excellent reviews. They did not disappoint. Carl and his workmate were the best! They were professional, hard-working, honest, and friendly. There was minimal damage, perhaps a few scratches but no breakage. They really hustled, but cut no corners on keeping our items well wrapped and secure. We only moved an hour away, so the entire job was about 6 hours, not including travel time. I highly recommend using this company -.Commercial Movers - Office Movers You won't be sorry! more

Coming from a career military family with numerous moves (including Hawaii and Turkey), I feel qualified to speak on the subject of movers. I was very pleased working with Commercial Movers - Office Movers in a 2007 move within NYC and again in 2009 from Manhattan to Washington, D.C. Both times Commercial Movers - Office Movers was very accessible re my concerns and presented competitive rates. The door-to-door move to DC was even more outstanding than the first; the movers were professional, hardworking and took great care with my belongings. To save money I packed my belongings. But if I could always work with Commercial Movers - Office Movers and have the same movers to load and drive my goods, I wouldn't stress out and feel confident that the move would go smoothly. This crew of five moved us from our apartment in Manhattan to anotther apartment 30 blocks away. They broke nothing, they moved us quickly, and they re-wrapped many of my self-packed boxes that didn`t look strong enough to them, without charging us. They took every shelf off the wall, disassembled our beds, including my kids` bunks, and reassembled them in our new apartment. They took stuff to our storage area. The owner, Vincent Sam, even advised me on how to pack my china and other breakables, once he realized we were doing the packing ourselves. He and his team of men were nice, respectful , honest guys, and he gave us a binding estimate that did not change. We highly recommend Commercial Movers and their owner for anybody who is skittish about moving. This company was a relief to find. more

Commercial Movers - Office Movers moved me two weeks ago and did an excellent job! I used a different mover for my previous move less than a year ago and that company came with an undersized truck, and not enough equipment. It took them much longer to move the same items. So when it was time to move again I checked companies, had a few estimates and out of the five estimators that came to see me, Commercial Movers - Office Movers quote was not the cheapest but also not the highest. The care and attentiveness that their estimator showed, however, was of the highest level. I felt they were the right choice and they proved me right and did not let me down. more

Well... were should i start -Commercial Movers - Office Movers came highly recommended to me from friends at my office - when i called, the guy who answer the phone (Lenny) had this quick respond type of representation (the way i like it) - he didn't waste any time - he knew the building i was going to move into - he knew how long it's going to take- and most important he made me feel comfortable : he was honest and this guy knew what he was talking about - every scenario i asked about - he had a direct, straight forward answer . The price was fair - and it was a guaranteed price - Lenny explains how this system is better the hourly charges - and what can i say? It makes sense. The day of the move came - and the guys arrived 10 minutes early. The head guy - Mike ( i hope i got the name right) filled up the paperwork with me - and the next thing you know - this guys started to run up and down the stairs in a chain system. now, this no joke, i had a lot of stuff and everything came down 6 flights of stairs, this guys didn't stop for a break - even item that wasn't so important - they wrapped and protected, Mike (the head guy) was commanding the guys and they obey for what ever he said with respect. It?s like watching a Special Forces platoon in action. when we got to the new building the superintendent was kind of fussy - he start giving us attitude both me and the movers - but, again Mike handle the situation in the coolest way - the just kept working till the super came down. At the end - i was very happy, and when i gave them the tip - they all thank me and told me that: "you are a very generous guy". I'm telling you - you don't meet people like that every day. These guys are awesome - Commercial Movers - Office Movers are the best. more

This was my 4th move with Commercial Movers, and I will use them again. The prices are reasonable, unlike other moving companies that wanted to charge me $650 for moving a studio apartment 10 blocks. The movers they send have always been friendly and personable guys. They also work quickly but still keep in mind that your possessions are of value! more

We've moved 9 times in 7 years, including one international move and we'd rate these guys as high as the national movers, if not more. They were extremely careful with our belongings, had the right balance of doing things quickly vs. doing it right, and were also mindful of the surroundings (e.g. not dinging walls, keeping carpets/floors clean, etc). And the bill came out to be less than we anticipated because they didn't charge outrage prices for supplies. They even let us use their wardrobes free of charge! more

Commercial Movers - Office Movers helped me take care of my small studio apartment move. I called a few movers, although they did not seem interested in my move ( I only had a few things that needed moved). The price was right and the movers were right on point.
