I have been a Commerce Brokerage Services customer for about 8 years. And finally, the last straw has broken. I have dealt with bad attitudes and poor customer service time and time again, and I just can't do it anymore. They just don't care. Just a few minutes ago, Brian Hayes (a customer service rep whom I've dealt with before and found that his attitude is HORRIBLE!) wouldn't even give me the balance of my accounts as of the first of April. He actually said, "I don't have time to look that up." And he followed that by telling me "That's not my job." He's a customer service rep for goodness sake! He does have time to give me a balance??? So, I asked to speak with his supervisor, Bill Sloan. Same attitude... same indifference. So, today, I closed all of my accounts and I'm going to find an investment firm that treats me like a valued customer.
In this day and age of competitive options, I just cannot imagine why ANY company would be so uncaring and unappreciative of customers!
