They wait to see a customer service is long, very long. I realize they had system issues, yet the branches need to staff more resources rather than two people - why do they have so many desks, yet waiting area they have three chairs? The person kept asking the other person what to do and who to contact. They looked at the screen a long time yet did not know what to do. Finally I asked if I could see the other person who helped me yet i could tell my balance until the next day! Unbelievable! Take your money out of TDBANK
